FAQ

How much is postage?

This depends on the size of the animal. If they are small or medium sized, postage is £3.50, and it is sent with Evri.  For larger parcels, such a the Large Octopus, postage could be up to £5. Postage is not included in the price and I only send within the UK.

How do I buy a product?

Please send me a message through the enquiry form to discuss your order and any special requirements.

All items are handmade to order, so I need to check that I have the necessary wool in stock. As I’m still at school, I also need to make sure I can complete your order within a suitable timeframe.

Once I’ve received your enquiry and details of any special requirements, I’ll get back to you with an estimated dispatch date.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

I will aim to start making your order as soon as possible and have it dispatched within 2 weeks (hopefully quicker)!

Why are the sizes approximate?

As all the plushies are handmade to order, no two animals are ever the same! They are all unique. :-)
